The Industry participants at ISSRE have typically been senior engineers and engineering managers who are influential in the software engineering practices at their firms. We want to use this body to help construct the programs and discussion topics that are vital to them. We are currently building out the Industry Committee. In the past this group typically comprised of half a dozen members. This year, we will build a larger team to take on a larger range of responsibilities. The goals of the Industry Committee are:

• Build an Industry Track of papers - (traditional role)
• Create an active community in Silicon Valley of engineers connected to Software Reliability Engineering
• Create a set of workshops that are relevant to Industry and Academia
• Identify Tutorials that are relevant to the IT community in the Silicon Valley. These would be related to the broad area of Software Reliability.
